Plane spotting just became cool...

It was always slightly less nerdy than trainspotting, but now plane spotting just became pretty damn cool.

The Maiden plane (as yet un-named of course!) is out of the paint shop and has been hired to British Airways until we're ready to go. Bruce has already flown it to Krakow and Vana, Bulgaria before xmas. It's on the BA European routes, but also flying from Gatwick to Manchester and Birmingham. If you spot it, and can get a picture then please do send it to us (noting the time) and we'll put it on the site. This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it

The plane still needs it's name, and maybe a little more artwork, but other than that everything's ready to go and Maiden depart the UK on January 30th - more details to come. For fans who want to catch a look at the plane, we'll post arrival and departure times on the web once the tour kicks off.

Check out these pics and excuse the miserable British weather!
